When an order is prepared for shipment, customers receive a tracking number through the order communication flow. The tracking number is also available inside the customer account once the shipment is updated.

  • Container inspectionClients have up to 20 days after receiving their containers to inspect and review the goods. Any transport-related issue reported within this period will be handled at our expense.
