Shipping & Tracking
When an order is prepared for shipment, customers receive a tracking number through the order communication flow. The tracking number is also available inside the customer account once the shipment is updated.
Returns Policy
- Return deadlinesReturn or claim requests should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery, with transport-related issues covered during the 20-day inspection window.
- Return conditionsProducts must be sealed, traceable, stored correctly and supported by delivery documents, photos and order reference.
- Refund proceduresApproved refunds are processed after review of product eligibility, transport evidence, supplier terms and the agreed commercial invoice.
- Non-refundable casesOpened, altered, consumed, contaminated, expired, incorrectly stored or undocumented food products are not eligible for refund.
